A full time participation in the construction of one of the largest Gas Plants in the world. Involved in the project from the very start to the successful completion of all Civil works as QC Inspector and presently as QC Supervisor. Assuring and controlling the project’s Quality Procedures in line with the Inspection and Test Plan and in conformance with the Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Procedures and Codes. Maintaining a good, healthy relationship with the Client’s Project Inspection Department and the Project Management Team to facilitate the smooth go of the related activities, causing absolutely zero delay to the construction progress. From July 2007 till date, I am working in this project as the Refractory Inspector as well.


Implementing Quality Control Procedures on materials and workmanship and supervising construction activities using Quality Control Procedures, Operative Instructions, Work Methods and Quality Control Forms for approval of construction materials and inspection of Contractor's Works. The work included construction of 2x156 MW Gas Turbine Generator Units & 1248,000 Lbs/hr Heat Recovery Steam Generator Units, Various Transformer Foundations, 230 kV out door Conventional Switchyard, Control Buildings for switchyard and generating units, Cable Trenches, Cable Ducts, Waste Water/Storm Water Under Ground System, Closed Cooling Water System, Buildings and associated civil works etc.

Supervising construction activities using Quality Control Procedures. Inspection of Contractor's Works. The work included the construction of a Pre-Heater Building and the Cooling Towers. The major construction activity was the construction of two Concrete Cilos, each 50 Meters in diameter and 110 Meter in height. The method of construction was the Slip Form Application.
