Presently working with Al Jaber Energy / Washington Group International Consortium for The Common Sulfur Project executed and operated by Qatar Gas Company Limited, designed to ultimately process a nominal capacity of 12000 tones of sulfur per day, consists of two phases (A cost of 2 Billion). Phase 1, which is made up of three stages(stage 1A, 1B& 2A) will include installation of 36 km of two parallel Skin Effect Electric Heat Traced(SEEHT) molten sulfur collection pipeline network, molten Sulfur storage tanks, process water tanks, 11 granulators, solid Sulfur storage building with stacker reclaimers, 2 ship Loaders, emergency Sulfur blocking system, utility building, control building, installation of process piping, utility system, substations and power distribution centre along with transformers and distribution control system and demolition of existing Sulfur handling facilities. Phase 2 is made up of one stage (stage 2B) will include installation of 2 additional granulators and balance of the Sulfur pipeline network with associated power system.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Achieve Ten Million Safe Man-hours without any Lost Time Injury for the Common Sulphur Project of Qatar Gas which has been under progress without any accident/ incident to human, properties and equipment machineries in spite of heavy traffic and various ongoing activities in that area.
