- To participate in weekly meetings with production, operation and maintenance, planning
Division's mangers to discuss work done, set work priorities, co-ordinate and schedule
The day's activities.
- To participate in commissioning and start-up of new or modified equipment and systems.
- To provide a technical expertise and service support and troubleshooting.
- To co-ordinate with senior engineer the annual and long term budget for operating require-
Ments of plant equipment ensuring that effective cost control is implemented.
- To review the work orders, cards and check lists with maintenance and repair activities.
- To monitoring for all equipment (static/rotating) to achieve the required performance,
Prepare an evaluation and history sheets for all equipment in the plant to improvement of
Plant equipment availability and reliability.
- To prepare a list of spares, tools and other materials required for the maintenance jobs and
Issue the purchase/materials requisitions for senior engineer approval.
- To liaison with external vendors and contractors directly or as a result of activities directly.
