2007 - 2008, Naval Staff Officer (Engineering), Procurement Division, Ministry of Defense Malaysia.
Part of Board Committee in processing and approval of over 100 contracts for the Royal Malaysian Navy. Work scopes includes handling all tenders and procurement processes, conducting negotiations for procurements/tenders, cost verifications and queries, budgeting, items research, monitoring and evaluating contracts performance, and advisor to Ministry of Defense in Maritime technical/engineering aspects.


2003-2005, Ship Underwater Technical Officer, Engineering Division, Naval Head Quarters, Ministry of Defense Malaysia.
Overseers the Fleet’s maintenances and requirements, preparation of technical specifications for ship’s equipments and systems. Supervising and assisting in rectifying defects, repair works, alteration and addition works, maintenance of ships’ equipments, machineries and systems as well as safety procedures and equipments.

2001-2003, Head of Engineering Department, Royal Malaysian Navy Warship (Mine Counter Measure Vessel Class).
1999-2001, Deputy Weapon, Electronic and Electrical Officer, Royal Malaysian Navy Warship (Corvette Class).
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of weapon systems, monitoring and control systems, electronic, electrical and mechanical equipments and machineries on board ship. Ensuring planned maintenance schedule is followed and being carried out correctly. Manage and supervise the conduct of trouble shooting, repair work, alteration and addition works on all systems as well as equipments and machineries. Perform Divisional Officer duties over 30 personnel on board ship. Appointed as Damage Control Fire Fighting and Nuclear Biological Chemical Defense Officer, responsible for all safety procedures and regulations on board ship. Officer incharge of the Damage Control Head Quarters (DCHQ) on board ship. Responsible for the conduct of rounds, inspections and monitoring of the operations and safety of all equipments and machineries around the clock whenever ship is at sea and in foreign harbour.
