Pacific Process System. From July 2005 to Jun 2007
I worked as well testing operator, and have taken part in different aspects of production testing including mobile test separator, moving from well to well site on remote location.
• Can operate three phase1440psi test separators.
• Can operate water, oil and gas control valves.
• Can operate Daniel orifice box.
• Can operate inlet choke manifold including positive choke size.
• Can operate triplex, centerfugal and chemical injection pumps.
• Obtaining production data then calculating and reporting to customer.
• Able to install ESD system with testing equipment.
• Able to rig up testing equipment, including surge tank, test separator, triplex/centrifugal/ diaphragm and chemical injection pumps, vertical flare, ESD valve and choke manifold.
• Maintain, calibrate and pressure test well testing equipment.
• Can check samples of Oil, Gas, BS&W, Shrinkage factor, PH water, water salinity, oil API/ S.G. and check Co2 & H2S content in gas flow.

Dublin International Petroleum Syrian limited from Jun 2007 to up date

I am currently employed in Dublin international Syrian limited as thermal operator in steam injection department and I passed training period successfully.

• Can operate the water treatment unit
• Able to control the vessels of resin to remove the hardness (Ca, Mg) from the raw water
• Able to make regeneration for resin after to clean 500 m3 of raw water
• Able to adjust the dosing pumps and prepares the chemicals (Naoh, EDTA, and Na2So3) to increase the PH value and remove the dissolved oxygen and remove the residual hardness from the soft water


• Can operate the boiler with gas or diesel supply
• Able to control and adjust the injected pressures and temperature and flow rate through the PLC
• able to take steam quality sample and analyse it by using TDS or M alkalinity method to get steam quality value.
• Able to move from well to well site and prepare all up stream and down stream and injection line to start injection
• Able to prepare all reports and calculate the target BTU injection quantity.
