Professional Experience
I joined Zimbabwe Phoshate Industries in 1997 AS Trainee Production Foreman in the Suphuric acid manufacturing plants. After two years completion of my training, I was appointed Sulphuric acid plant Foreman.During my period as Foreman, I assisted the organisation to attain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS'. At this organisation, I had the opportunity to be introduced to Total Quality Management(TQM), Total Quality Circle(TQC) and Total Productive Maintenance(TPM). I latter worked as Production Superintendent before assigned position of Production Engineer.
