WORKING EXPERIENCES

- August 6th 2007 until November 2009, worked as QA/QC Engineer at PENSPEN’S Ltd - Aldaberta Indonesia oil and gas consultant (Project Management Consultant/PMC), at Jabung Gas Booster Project, Owner Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI).

- April 2nd 2007 until August 6th 2007, worked as QA/QC Engineer at PT. Punjlloyd Indonesia oil and gas Contractor, Tunu field development project phase 11S EPSC - 5 owner PT.TOTAL E&P Indonesie.

- August 15th 2006 until December 30th 2006, worked as QA/QC Engineer at PT. Rekayasa Industri Oil and gas Contractor, Project SSWJ (South Sumatra West Java) Phase 2 pipeline offshore owner PGN “Perusahaan Gas Negara”.

- September 12th 2005 until August 14th, 2006, worked as QA/QC Engineer at PT. Rephoun Polychemic Persada Oil and gas Contractor in Handil 1 Yard Muara Jawa – Kutai Kertanegara Balikpapan – Kalimantan Timur.

FORMAL EDUCATION

- Graduated from Bachelor degree Chemical Engineering of Syiah Kuala University in 2005 in Banda Aceh.

NONFORMAL EDUCATION

- Jakarta, November 16th 2009 to November 20th 2009, Welding Inspector International Certification CSWIP 3.1 Training & Certification by “The Welding Institute UK” (TWI).

- January 23th 2006 to January 28th 2006, Coating Inspector Training & Certification Program Level 1 by “Indonesian Corrosion Association (INDOCOR)”.

- March 7th 2006 to June 9th 2006, Welding Inspector Training & Certification by “Balai Besar Bahan dan Barang Teknik” (B4T).

- June 19th 2006 to July 1st 2006, Radiography Film Interpreter Training & Certification by “Balai Besar Bahan dan Barang Teknik” (B4T).

Some of my responsibilities and experiences are:
I Preparing for :
- WPS, ITP, Specification, and procedure.
- Document for QA/QC department.
- Final Document
- Tendering Document
- Hse Procedure for audit.
- Prepare, arrange & witness for testing & inspection (Visual Inspection, Leak Testing & NDE by third party company)
- Preparation PQR and WPS. Monitoring the welding activity during the test coupon for qualification of WPS according to applicable code.
- Prepare for all documentation relate to management and technical aspect to fulfill Quality Management Audit (ref. ISO 9001:2000) by client.

II. Ensure all procedure are complied before, during and after job performed as per Quality Manual.
- Ensure all item/part are fabricated and complied as per specification and engineering drawing.

III. Review / analysis :
- Client specification verification of compliance to applicable codes/rules and procedure.

IV. Communicate with Client or Contractor, QA/QC Manager, Surveyor, QC Inspector and third party for :
- Final document.
- Output quality, quantity and completion report.
- Design improvement request.
- Design & solving problem.
- Scheduling for customer needed.
- Day to day inspection activities.

V. Report to QAQC Manager and Project Manager.
