Duties and Responsibility as QA/ QC SUPERVISOR (Saudi Arabia- Saudi aramco),
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:managing Quality Control functions for the Project including planning of Quality Control inspections and preparation of reports,Controlling corrective actions,Assigning Quality Control personnel to various areas of activity,Monitor inspections progress, review Inspectors’ reports and documentation and verify, upon completion of the work, that all requirements have been met and that the required Quality records have been collated and filed,Monitoring on a day to day case of Project complaints with the approved quality plan(s),Following a suitably start and approved procedure for the formal control of deviation/waivers from the job specification,Review and approve as necessary, quality related procedures such as:Weld procedure specifications,Weld procedure qualifications,Welder qualification,NDT procedures,Heat treatment procedures,Cleaning and pressure testing procedures,Preservation procedures,Oversee the daily content and consistency of subordinate inspectors’ daily inspection logbooks.Liaise with all concerned organizations (Client, Subcontractors other contractors) as per assignment and authority. Inspect, monitor and review the ongoing projects with respect to compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and other regulations. Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors and NDT technicians. Ultimate responsible for all QA/QC activities at site. Monitor QA/QC at a project management level.Preparation of PQP, Procedures and ITP. Coordinate with clients related to Quality activities, Review of quality documents. Implement Quality management system in organization and liaise with client inspectors quality related activities.
