Working as Assistant Manager in (BMR&E) department of Pakistan Steel (From 1st July 2005 To onwards) , Also worked in Coke Oven Plant of Pakistan Steel Mills Karachi with following responsibilities:
•Balancing & controlling HEATING/Hydraulic REGIME, Ammonia water network at Plant, Controlling Gas Collector pressure & draught in main collector pipe line. Supervise many projects during self-repair of COKE OVEN PLANT of PAKISTAN STEEL MILL and successfully completed the tasks.Recieved Commendation certificate from Chairman Pakistan Steel
Selected for dismantling & re-erection project of COKE OVEN PLANT by B.M.R & E department of Steel Mill & UKRAIN CONCORD COMPANY, and still working under B. M. R & E as a SITE ENGINEER of project.
Worked as Shift Engr in Al- Abbas Distillery Plant mirpurkhas Sindh (From 5th Aug 2004 To 30th June 2005) with Following Responsibilities:
• Controlling the Fermentation (Biological Reaction) by maintaining the required parameters like Brix, Temperature, Flow etc.
• Controlling the Distillation (Vacuum Distillation) by maintaining all the parameters.
• Shut down of the plant for its maintenance.
• Start up of the plant.
• Checkout the proper storage of the raw material and product.
• Maintaining the quality standards of the Product by checking the Laboratory results time to time.
• Take all the safety Measures for safe Operation of the plant to avoid the stoppage of production.
