• Main responsibilities:
Working in the accounts payable section & responsible for the following:
1. The record keeping of all the purchasing transactions.
2. The record keeping of all the expenses, the prepaid expenses & its settlement also the accrual expenses & its payment.
3. Monthly reporting the analysis of the vendors accounts to the chief accountant.
4. Analysis of the expenses & the relationship between the sales & marketing expenses with the value of sales.

1- Handling and posting all transactions related to accounts receivables and related reconciliations.
2- Preparing monthly aging report for accounts receivables & past due invoices / amounts.
3- Supervising the cashier of the head office safe box and responsible for making daily audit for the cash transactions and balance that reporting to the management.
4- Preparing monthly financial reports to the management including income statement.
