I work for the facilities department in the planning and control of the designs for the drilling and workover platforms.

Caño Limón Oil field and Caricare Production Facility (November 2006 to July 2008)
Civil production facilities and drilling platforms engineer.
My work was related to the technical planning and control of the designs in the construction of a 160.000 BFPD Production Facility that includes civil works per Tanks, Buildings, Pipe Racks, Pumps, Sump Tanks, Vessels, Access roads, Drainage water systems, Perimeter walls, etc. Besides I worked in the Upper Magdalena Valley exploratory well project at Colombia in the civil works planning/design and budget team.

I prepared proposals to obtain consulting construction contracts with the Colombian government. I worked in the budget control and strategic planning to get into different bid processes.

Project MGR & New Technology Developer.
Worked with CDM projects (Kyoto Protocol) on residual water plant treatment systems that previously had been covered with a membrane to capture methane. I developed the “FTC” Fast tank container for efficient liquids (oil and water) transportation.

Worked as supervisor engineer having the following responsibilities: Site Civil Engineer; I had to approve building works and receive them officially, then I got in the QA/QC area and I watched the fulfillment of the rules and specifications in all construction activities and processes. Finally I was Site Technical Manager and I had the responsibility of checking construction drawings and manage technical decisions in building activities. During a few weeks I was a project manager assistant at Bogotá offices.
