I have 18 years of experience in instrument&controls.12 years of onsite experiencein instrumentation project construction in middle east specialisation in Oil&Gas project as a instrument supervisor and 06 years in India.

PROFILE AS A INSTEUMENT SUPERVISOR / ENGINEER.
„« Supervise and perform instrumentation works which includes requisition of materials, calibration of various instruments, installation of instruments and junction boxes, assisted in preparation of inspection and testing reports, loop packages, calibration certificate, p & ids and other attachment required for inspection acceptance and mechanical completion reports and ensures all installation compliance in accordance with project specifications and standards.
„« Supervise and perform instrumentation works which includes calibration, installation, testing, loop & function checking, commissioning & plant start up activities.
„« Supervising and control of sub contractor activities as per the project schedule.
„« Monthly / weekly job planning and assignment to sub contractors.
„« Site modification study and field design change as per site condition.
„« Involved in interface activities, Fiber optics cable routing, splicing and testing.
„« Control room activities, instrument cabinet and console, inter connecting hard wired, serial, mode bus, communication cable link, system cable.
„« Power up and conduct the SAT of instrument system- Emerson delta V control, Invensys Triconex ESD / FGS.
„« Involved in control system construction and commissioning.
„« Documentation, Field design preparation, reply for technical quarry, As built drawing preparation.
„« Knowledge in Winpcs system hand over tool to client.
„« Strictly follow the safety and quality.
„« Co-ordinate with client to witness and approve the loop and function test that has been carried out.
„« Fire and Gas system commissioning.
„« Monitor and advise the sub contractor on the control of his labour, construction equipment and material to ensure meeting the schedule.
„« Monitor the sub contractor level, review against his progress and identify any trade / activity short coming.
„« Co-ordination with other disciplines and vendors for construction activity related to packaged equipments.
„« Review inspection records and approve the results.
„« Responsible for the monitoring the instrument construction work and assuring that the work progress in a manner that will result in compliance with the specification and the drawings.
