• Execute construction, fabrication or installation of project using knowledge of availability of materials and current labor.
• Prepare quantity take-off, describing every item needed for project in details and indicate quantities required.
• Analyze comparative advantages and estimate cost by using methods in installation, fabrication or construction and/or application of substitute materials.
• Visit job site to examine value of work to be undertaken.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate
superior.
