Professional Experience
I am having very good knowledge in Planning & scheduling of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Rotating Machinery, Static & Lifting Equipment used in Petrochemical, Natural gas processing and LNG unloading terminals. I have independently handled CMMS (SAP), right from notification to closing of work orders (PMO) and reserving material, issuing new PR in MMS module, booking of all resources against work orders and updating the history of equipment. Checking of maintenance budget consumption in Finance module and updating respective budget owners about the status. I have very good Knowledge in preparing by-weekly “look-ahead” schedule for maintenance and preparing of monthly backlog report & issuing of monthly PM work orders and follow up with maintenance supervisors for execution of scheduled activities.
