Logistics and Materials Management

Supervises warehouse pick and pack schedules, unloading, receiving and shipping processes.
Control all the daily stock movement ,Goods issue and Goods receipt
Equipment and material purchase order.
Coordinate closely with Engineering & Construction in bag and tagging material.
Extensive knowledge of SAP R/3 6.40, Material Management modules.
Formulate ideas in proper handling of stock, inventories replenishment and withdrawal forecasting to achieve 98% inventory accuracy.
Dispatch of drilling and work-over material.



I do have 8 years of qualified experience in Supply Base Operation from Warehousing and Logistics, including Material control, Equipment movement, Material Management and Procurements. Including cargo handling operations, document controlling and personnel supervision.
I commenced working in the Canadian Nexen Field as Marshalling Yard Coordinator.
This position covered most of the Material & Logistics work related, we used to handle 6 drilling rigs and 8 work-over rigs which worked 24 hrs. All rig and work-over materials would always be prepared prior end of the day and making sure no loss time would be noted due to material or logistics issue with relation to Marshalling Yard.

With my experience I jointed DNO Yemen petroleum as Warehouse Senior Co-coordinator, with very minimum personnel in the warehouse, but still I managed to execute the task with out any difficulties.

Work included all the drilling and work-over rigs and we supplied our contractors with spares and parts for most of or equipment.
