1- Currient Job: from Mar, 2013 till now working as Process Leader in new project LLDPE plant (Ethydco) the Egyptian Ethylene and derivatives company) with gas phase polymerization reaction, technology is supplied by (UNIVATION, USA). The control system supplied by Honeywell. I involved in Detail Design Team

· Work as Project Engineer.

· INVOLVE IN TASK FORCE TEAM IN SOUTH KORA FOUR  MONTH 30/05/2013 up to 30/09/2013 AND FROM 01/11/2013  UP TO 30/11/2013 FOR THE FOLLOWING:

A. P&ID review

- Review Basic P&ID

- Involved in details engineer for review P&ID approve for plane AFP.

- Involved in details engineer for review P&ID approve for Design AFD.

- Involved in details engineer for review P&ID approve for Design AFC

B. Involved in plot plan review.

C. Involved in HAZID

D. Involved in HAZOP

- Process HAZOP

- Vendor HAZOP (Involved in HAZOP team for vendor machine)

E. Involved in SIL Study

F. Involved in 3D Model

- Review 30% 3D Model

- Review 60% 3D Model

- Review 90% 3D Model

G. Review MRQ (Material Requisition for all equipment in the plant)and TBE (Technical bid evaluation for equipment in the plant )for PLANT

Details:

 Working in LLDPE plant (Qatar petrochemical company) with gas phase polymerization reaction, technology is supplied by Unipol process (UCC), USA. The control  system supplied by Honeywell.

Working in:

- Involved in all section (1) Polymerization section (2) Vent Recovery section (3) Purification section (4) Catalyst section.

Duty Involved:

a) Worked in Polymerization section and Dryer section.

b) Ensuring smooth plant operation and involving in trouble shooting and planning for shutdown and other routine jobs.

• Bachelor degree of Science.
• Faculty of Science, El-Azhar University.
• Graduation year: May 2004.
• Grade: Very Good.

NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety (in progress).

· OSHA General Industry Safety & Health (2011).

• Language:
1. Arabic : Mother tongue.
2. English : Very good (readding, written, spoken).
• Computer:
(Windows. Word, excel, Power point, and Internet application).
