Professional Experience
1. Supporting the Fleet Personal Manager with day to day activities
2. Follow up day to day administration activities and coordinate with other head departments.
3. Arrange complex itinerary flights, hotel booking, transportation and visas for senior officers.
4. Prepare Budgets for vessels, statistical spreadsheets and Excellent power point presentation for Senior Mangers.
5. Assisting the HR Manager in developing job descriptions, acceptance of application forms, proctoring of qualifying tests, interviewing of job applicants, assessment of applications, preparation of reports, implementing of Mideast HR procedure and the development of employment recommendations.
6. Safekeeping of important records for more than 650 crew with 35 different nationalities. These records contain information regarding each crew personal details, contract, certificates, training records salary and leave details.
7. Assisting in developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, and disciplinary procedures and promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization onboard the vessels.
8. Assist HR Manger in monitoring our office in Manila.
9. Carry out and plan for 2 conferences per year for our senior officers.
10. Conduct researches to compare our company wages, services and retention rate with other competitor in the market.
11. MIS for Management (Corporate) and for Ship owners.
12. Managing schedules and meeting with senior officers
13. Supervisor on 3 employees in my department and reporting to the Fleet personal manager/HR Manager.
