I have managed to establish and lead various operational teams to meet & excel in their performance deliverables, was a rewarding endeavor and also by making performers realize their true potential.As an individual who is implicated in a range of activities especially projects and operations management deliverables, I have conversely developed excellent organizational skills to ensure that I plan my time work and activities effectively.
