My plan is to move into position of responsibility where I can lead a team. Being a leader means having better chance to make important managerial decisions.

PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCES:
Jan 2008 – Present Cost Engineer Lead of Project Control Department of Heavy Oil Operating Unit in Duri
Oil Field of PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI), work for PT. Tripatra Fluor
Consortium (as Main Consultant).
- Coordinate with Facility Engineer of PT. CPI related to new package of projects :

Determines scope of work

Develops quantity estimate for bidding
- Assist in preparing cost estimate both new package of projects (multi-discipline
projects) and infrastructure maintenance projects
- On behalf of Project Control Lead for cost and project close out issues
- Performs analysis of cost data, identifies problems and makes recommendations
to Facility Engineer/s of PT.CPI. Maintain performances of projects precisely are
attained
- Close communication with project management team to solve cost and budget
issues
- Maintain budget projection of maintenance and/or capital projects at about USD 65
million per annum.
Significant Achievement ;
· Expedite attainment close out of project, 80 % over target.

July 2007 – Dec 2007
Project Control Engineer of Heavy Oil Operating Unit in Duri Oil Field of PT. Chevron
Pacific Indonesia, work for PT. Tripatra Fluor Consortium (as EPC Contractor).
- Estimate cost of work order from client
- Regular site visits to review field progress
- Review monthly progress billing from subcontractors
- Work with PC Lead to develop weekly report summary
- Coordinating with Cost Engineer related to estimating of work quantities required.
Significant Achievement ; Zero sequence flow of monthly progress claims

Sept 2006 – June 2007 : Construction Engineer of Construction Management Consultant for Cable Stayed
Bridge Project of Siak Sri Indrapura (Tengku Agung Sultanah Latifah’s Bridge), work
for PT. Lapi Ganeshatama Consulting/LAPI-ITB.
- Manage daily site supervision and joint inspection activities
- Reviewing the Contractor’s Construction Method Statement
- Hold deflection control and geometri control
- Solve engineering problems
Significant Achievement; illuminate grey area of contract related to entitled
party for assignment of construction method.

Sept 2002- Augt 2003 : Structural Engineer for Construction, work for PT. Afdhalnur Jaya Konsultan.

July 2000- March 2002 : Inspector for Project of Water Supply Pipeline (part time).

2003-2006 : Construction Engineering and Management, Graduate School – Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). The
Title of Thesis was “Development of Parametric Cost Estimating Model for Conceptual Cost
Estimating of Building Construction”.

1996-2002 : Civil Engineering of Andalas University in Padang, Majoring in Structural Engineering. The Title of
Final Project was “Analysis and Design of Bidakara Pancoran’s Building-Jakarta”.

· Have a good qualification in computer literacy for construction management and structural analysis (WinEst, @t Risk, Microsoft
Project, Primavera Project Planner, Cyclone, SAP 2000, ETABS, SAFE).
