EXPERIENCE : -

Present:-

Maintenance Planner (ENI OIL LIBYA)

Working as a Maintenance Planner with ENI OIL, Libya in the Elfeel Oil Exploration and Production field on rotational job from 18th Feb. 2008 onwards.

• Planning and schedulling of plant PM jobs and daily routine jobs related to Production Plant maintenance facilities, Workshop,Rotating Equipment iusing SAP R3.
• Checking Work Requests/ Work orders everyday and discuss with Operation, Maintenance, Inpection and Corrosion Department for the Priority and work and Plan the job with Manpower and materials.
• Processes daily work orders issued for various maintenance sections
• Programs the Preventive Maintenance Plan for facilities in all respective sections of mechanical, electrical or instrumentation.
• Optimising notification usage by linking them to existing WO where possible and create WO’s when necessary, also entering estimates in SAP.
• Assigning manpower resources, materials, spares & equipment to each maintenance activity.
• Attending weekly scheduling meetings with Maintenance Coordinators and Production.
• Preparing weekly download for 2 weeks schedule . Issuing weekly plan, activity and manpower forecasts and materials.
• Making 90 days Plan and 1 year Plan ( Preventive Maintenance) for the better utilising of Resource and Materials.
• Updating and followup of planned maintenance jobs in site.
• Monitoring Closing of Workorders after the job completion with Actual Man hours in SAP
• Optimising notification usage by linking them to existing WO where possible and create WO’s when necessary, also entering estimates.
• Working closely with all Department scheduling workorders from backlog due to lack of material , resource and Vendor service.
Maintenance Planner (SHELL Gamba, Gabon )

Worked as a Maintenance Planner ( 28 / 28 Rotation ) with Shell Gamba, Gabon ( exploration and production) for the Operation and Maintenance of Oil Production facility (Gathering Centers) since 3rdth July, 06 to 1st Feb. 2008.

Academic:
• S.S.L.C.(Secondary School Leaving Certificate) Passed with First Class in the year 1985 from State Board of Public Examinations, Govt. of Kerala.
• Pre-degree (Science group) passed with First Class in the year 1987, from Calicut University, Kerala.
Management:

• Passed full time Diploma Course in ‘Small Business Management’ from ‘Regional Engineering College’( R.E.C ) -Govt. of Kerala ,Calicut, Kerala in August 1994.

Technical Qualification:

• Mechanical Engineering passed with First class in the year 1990 from State Board of Technical Education, Government of Kerala.

• Undergone 2 weeks training course for Passport ‘M.M.M.S. ( Materials and Maintenance Management System ) conducted by “Indus International, USA”.
• System Application Data Processing (SAP) and Electronic Data Management System (EDMS)

• Training on safety Induction, Breathing Apparatus & H2S at M/S. ADNOC, Borouge Petrochemical Complex, Abudhabi.
• Trained on Safety Standards and Procedures at M/S. Kemya, Al-Jubail Petrochemical Complex, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
• Undergone SAP-R3 training in SABIC different affliates.
• Undergone SAP-R3, Blue Print training from Shell Gabon.
