Job Profile: -

۩ Looking after Project Planning & Execution...

Roles and Responsibilities: -
۩ Leading the team in a time and cost effective manner.

۩ Prepare a draft installation plan in consultation with the supervisor
And engineer and to submit it to the site incharge.
۩ Lead the team to bring out quality and safe working conditions at site.
۩ Plan for continual improvement at site as per our continual
Improvement program.
۩ Identify people to take higher responsibilities and to arrange programs to
Aid them.
۩ Ensure that all documentation processes are carried out at the
Appropriate time
۩ The role of project analyst for prediction of hurdles like land availability,
Climatic conditions, terrain nature and suggestions for the betterment of
Ongoing and future projects
۩ The analyst for optimization of crane cost manpower cost, tools cost.
۩ Major role in installation related development activities at site like new
Erection techniques, new fixtures, new methodology
۩ Optimized usage of Cranes, trailers, manpower and other resources
۩ Installation Work of Wind Energy Converters.
۩ To maintain SIQA rating in general and workmanship as per the benchmark
Set by the Dept. Head.
۩ To enforce discipline at site on timing, wastage of materials and
Machinery, vehicle usage, theft, safety, social behavior etc.
۩ Handling and transportation of heavy Equipments of WEC’s.
۩ Man power & project Planning for daily & project wise.
۩ Equipments planning for daily & Project wise activities.
۩ Analysis of all QA related reports & corresponding action.
Sheduling & planning of the complete site.
۩ Road Work Survey for Transportation of Heavy Equipments at hilly Region
۩ Safety approval of power pneumatic tool and tackles
۩ Ensuring completion of each location with quality & safety within the prescribed
Time limit and cost.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
I.T.I. (FITTER) from Industrial training institute in July-1997.
Vocational Course in Tool & Die Maker. From National council of Vocational Training. In Sep-2002.

On Job Training In ENERCON INDIA LTD.

• Participated in Power tool and machines operating and handling provided by BOSCH-Bangalore.
• Participated in the training program on Store Management by IIMM, Daman.Gujrath...
• Participated in SAP (R/3 module) Training provided by Enercon India ltd. in Mumbai...

 Outbound Delivery creation. Post Goods Issue and Serial Number checking.

Current salary :- Rs 1.70 lacs/annum

Expected salary :- Rs 2.5 lacs/annum
