Design Experience:

1. Working with SIS (Al-Suwaidi Industrial Services) as a Design Engineer – Process
From Jul., 2008.

• Detail Engineering Design Review as a sub-contractor for Saudi Aramco’s De-Bottleneck Condensate System, Haradh Gas Processing Plant Project with CZFP (Clough Zuhair Al-Fayez Partnership), Australian based company as a detailed Engg. Contractor.


2. Worked with ENAR Petrotech Services Pvt. Limited. as a Process (Design) Engineer
From Feb. 2006 to Jul., 2008.

Major working includes:

• Process selection Studies of Gas fields and Refineries

• Simulation & hydraulics study of an III-Mode Refinery Facility (M-I & M-II: Classified, M-III: Condensate Refining). Preparation of PFD’s & P&ID’s for Kuwait Lube Refinery (Port Qasim, Karachi), Bahu Gas Development Project (OGDCL), covering complete process plant, Gas Transmission Route Feasibility Report, Costing & Weighting of Equipments, Emergency and Routine Shutdown Control Philosophy, CNE Matrix, Utilities and off sites areas.

• Design Review of Diesel Hydro Desulfurization Unit (DHDS) of PARCO Refinery. This includes review of design basis, PFD, P&ID’s, design specifications of heat exchangers, control valves and other miscellaneous instruments. Revamp study of BPL 30,000 BPSD Refinery (Bosicor Petroleum Limited Refinery’s Crude Distillation Unit, Platformer Unit & Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit.

• Worked as a Lead Process Engineer on as-built P&ID’s of Bosicor Petroleum Refinery’s miscellaneous units, consist of LPG / Naphtha / Kero Merox, Crude Unit, NHT, Reformer Unit, LPG Separation Unit, API Separator, Offsites etc. Produced Water System Project, Kadanwari (OMV’s Field).

• Iran – Pakistan – India Gas Transmission Pipeline Project & Kandra Gas Field Development Project a very high-tech. process selection Study (A project of PEL; Petroleum Exploration Pvt. Limited) FEED Document.

• Designing Rating, Vetting & Re-rating of Flare System, Heat Exchangers, Separators, Piping, Control Valve, & Safety Valve etc.
