Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development, maintenance and coordination of formal and internal communication activities including – the daily Mobinil electronic News Flash, the Mobinil employee newsletter 2B1, internal Mobinil employee events, the Corporate Intranet, the Mobinil annual Yearbook, Mobinil Glass board and other internal communication channels. This includes coordination within the Corporate Communication Department, as well as with all other Mobinil Departments as required.

• Input value added through project management of key events, setting up standards for internal communication, establishment of processes for internal communication, design leader of user requirements for Intranet, as well as other projects as required.
• Maintaining, creating, coordinating information posted on Mobinil website and ensure that all information is updated, accurate and consistent with company’s policies.
• To translate corporate identity into a corporate image to be communicated to all external customers through Mobinil Website.
• Cooperating and assisting other channels like Sponsorship and Events activities.
