„P Work pack preparation for shutdown jobs as per the job list, which includes all the technical information & requirements for executing shutdown activities. The equipments include heat exchangers, columns, pressure vessels, piping etc.
„P Preparing JSA for all the shutdown jobs in accordance with RG Safety policies & procedures.
„P Assist the senior engineer in establishing priorities, making improvements on work methods and to participate in evaluating modification proposals, failure analysis and unscheduled shutdowns.
„P Technical evaluation and review contractual documents for approval.
„P Comply with RasGas Health, Safety and environment Management System (HSE-MS), as well as work permit, policies and procedures.
„P Witness and supervise all pre-job inspection activities relate to service contractors equipment.
„P Provide onsite assistance during installation of equipment and execution of service to ensure compliance to company operating procedures and contract specifications.

DRAGON OFFSHORE INDUSTRIES LLC, UAE.
Designation: Mechanical Engineer
Period : February 2007 to March 2008.

„P Design calculation for mechanical equipment selection & piping systems onboard jack-up drilling rig in line with relevant rules and regulations.
„P Preparation of technical specifications for all mechanical equipment onboard rigs.
„P Preparation of procedures for installation and commissioning of mechanical equipments and piping systems.

BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED (Kochi Refinery), India.
Designation: Maintenance Engineer
Period : June 2004 to January 2007.

„P Maintenance execution of all static Equipments - Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pressure Vessels, Heaters, Boilers, Tanks, piping etc. and fabrication of pipelines.
„P Execution of testing and commissioning of all Static Equipments.
„P Prepare maintenance programs, including shutdown campaigns to ensure technical integrity, safe/reliable operation and maximum availability.
„P Execution of Shutdown and Turnaround activities, monitoring and control within planning schedule.
