To help the company in preventing human suffering, pain and economic loss from workplace accident, injuries, illness, property damages and attain the company safety policy toward Excellency unit project completion.

• Enters case reports into the Safety database in accordance with sponsor Qatar Gas 3&4 specific guidelines and company standards.
• Modify case entry according to product being reported and whether event is classified as serious or non-serious.
• Identify treatment and concomitant medications for case entry.
• May maintain office filing system for cases in process
• Maintains tracking records of dates and case numbers of reports returned to sponsor (Qatar Gas 3&4) and prepare inventory sheets for all cases returned.
• Confirms that current conventions are followed when entering cases into the Safety database
• Ensures that all reference material is current and conventions are replaced or updated as appropriate.
• May correct/modify data in Safety database(s) utilizing documentation provided by other Safety personnel
• Demonstrates resourcefulness in attempting to solve problems by reviewing project documentation, correspondence, and operating procedures before seeking assistance
• Proactively communicates to management new issues, suggests solutions and reports availability to take on new assignments.
• Adapts to timeline or priority changes by reorganizing daily workload in order to complete assignments
• Designs and implements procedures and training programs to reduce the physical, legal and monetary risk to the Fire Department and its employees with regards to safety and workers’ compensation; proactively reduces the length of absence of workers’ compensation injuries via effective communication and monitoring of claims; maintains accurate, current and complete safety and training records.
