Electrical QA/QC , Inspector and Site Engineer

Upgrade my life level and experience

Installation and Commissioning / Star-up for the following systems:
•Medium (13.8 KV, 4.16 KV) and Low (480 V) voltage Switchgears •Essential power system (Battery charger, batteries, inverter & converter )•Power (13.8/4.16 KV) , distribution (13.8/0.48 KV) and dry type transformers (480/220 V) •Medium (13.8 &4.16 KV) and low (480 & 220 V) voltage motors.
•Medium and low voltage cables. •Cable race way (cable trays, cable ladders, direct buried, concrete duct bank…).•Lighting and earthing systems.
•Fire alarm and telephone Systems Site Inspection with the Client and Issuing Punch list items for the outstanding works Review construction drawings and prepare the As-Build Drawings for all the pervious mentioned electrical activities as per vendor recommendations, site conditions and compliance with contract documents and specifications.Review electrical design calculations for compliance with project specifications.Technical and quality control of all Electrical works (Material submittal. Method Statement, Inspection and test plane, Check List, Material Receiving, Site Inspection) from technical & QC points of view according to International standards and project specifications. Weekly Construction Report & Predicted work to be done in the next week.Monthly Time Schedule for Electrical Activities (Start, In Progress , Completed)Turn Over Documentation Prepare the O/M manuals and Familiarization lectures for all electrical activities Carry out the ROUTINE SHEDULED MAINTENANCE (Preventive Maintenance Inspection) actions routinely performed in accordance with manufacturer’s standard practices and recommendation.Carry out the UNSHEDULED MAINTENANCE (Corrective Maintenance)actions performed as-needed to correct failures and malfunctions.ON JOB and CLASS ROOM TRAINER for the following systems: Fire alarm system, Uninterrupted power supply (UPS), Motor-generator frequency converter, Automatic and manual transfer switch, High- Low voltage transformer, Vapor detection system, Elevators, Interior electrical systems, Exterior electrical systems and Liquid fuel system.
Supervising on:
•Cathodic Protection installation for on-shore & off-shore parts.•.•Design of street lighting.
•Design of low voltage network and high voltage network.•Design the electric protection network and coordination study.
