Ladies and Gentlemen:
I have broad experience in corporate and commercial law, and I am currently employed as an attorney with The Jewelcor Companies. Jewelcor provides management services to Foreman Enterprises. Foreman does licensing by taking a stake in the nature of venture capital. I work on operations, including licensing and supply contracts, as well as finance and SEC filings for Foreman. I also work on real estate matters for other Jewelcor companies. At Stroock I was in a practice group that served as outside general counsel to Ametek. I was directly involved in many of their acquisitions, their spin-off of Ketema, the preparations for their monthly board meetings, and their operations, which included supply, distribution and research sponsorship contracts for various divisions. My career was interrupted by illness in our family.
I have enclosed my resume. I can also provide a copy of my recent article. The article is being published in the October and January editions of THE PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION QUARTERLY.
I would like to do a great job for you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Very truly yours,
James E. Joseph
