Centrilift Baker Hughes -Field Operations Manager / Field Service Supervisor Baker Hughes / Centrilift Syria –Setup new field operations: Baker Hughes / Centrilift Syria - Dutch Shell (AFPC Syria). Responsibilities included finical and budgetary control for field operations. Inventory control for consumables and downhole equipment for startup operations and five year planning. Hire Syrian engineers, setup and administered HS&E and field service training programs to meet Dutch Shell and Baker Hughes standards. Manage the day-to-day field operations while interfacing with Dutch Shell management counterparts and Centrilift management in Damascus.

January 1997 to July 2001: Centrilift International Field Service Site Representative for Total Yemen: Responsibilities included complete ESP Delivery, Inspections at the site & operations focusing on well unit run-life and well optimization. Implement and manage Baker / Hughes HS&E policies and standards, inventory control for all surface and downhole, setup training program for Yemeni technicians. Interfacing with other departments on day-to-day operations.
