• Controlling and monitoring unit parameters by DCS (Xperion PKS 300) Panel in technically safe manner.
• Reporting unit/section status or operation status to Shift Engineer with shift logs/shift report.
• Troubleshooting in safe action of Naphtha Hydro Treating & Reformer Plant in case of any emergency.
• Coordinate with Oil Movement dept, for the proper transfer of products to respective tanks according to specifications.
• Follow Standard Safety Procedures, Work order and Work permit policies.
• Preparation of NHT/REFORMER UNIT Daily summary & material balance.
• Handled many shut down and subsequent startups of the unit due to Power failure.
• Controlling and monitoring unit parameters through Panel for achieving on spec products.
• Troubleshooting in process operation (power failure, power dip, Instrument air failure, Tower temperature , pressure & level , fuel gas pressure , E&I equipment (DCS) failure, (PLC) failure ,(PDC) failure, fouling in heat transfer equipment, fire fighting, Back fire in Heaters, Corrosion monitoring.

• Have secured second Position in Diploma of Chemical Engineering, in N.W.F.P. and achieved the Silver Medal.
