The Pikes Peak South (PPS) field is located approximately 40 kms southeast of the town of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. The scope of this project is to provide EPCM services for FEED and detailed design by constructing the main Central Processing Facility, well pads and gathering / distributing pipelines for emulsion and steam for Pikes Peak South Thermal SAGD Facility. The central facility will include water treatment, steam generation, emulsion processing and water disposal facilities. The facility is being designed as a commercial facility with an anticipated lifetime of 20 years. Treating rate is designed to be 1250 m3/d (7862 bpd).

The entails of this project was to increase the production of the Wolf Lake Plant (WLP) by constructing a new plant, Wolf Lake 4. It included the scope of providing engineering and procurement services by constructing new oil treating, de-oiling, new water treating & utilities and new/modifications to existing tank farm, new flare system and tie in between WL1, WL2, WL3 and WL4. Design capacities of WL4 were 4000 Sm3/d of bitumen, 20,000 Sm3/d of produced gas and 20,000 Sm3/d produced water with gas to oil ratio (GOR) of 5.
