JOB EXPERIENCE (About 08 years )

1.
Joined Crystalline Chemical Industries (PVT) Ltd., District Sargodha, which is a producer of 100,000 liters per day Ethyl Alcohol Plant, on 15.10.2003 as Senior Chemical Engineer and, at present, working as General Manager (Works) with effect from 21.08.2007 till-date. The Plant was erected, installed and commissioned by Maguin Interis France). The Plant has its own produced Biogas Plant installed by Proserpol (France).

Stationed at Heavy Mechanical Complex Taxila for supervision and coordination of manufacturing of following equipment since February 2004:

- Distillation Columns
- Heat Exchangers (Tubes and Shells)
- Reflux and Condensate Tanks
- 20 Ton per hour Boiler

On the basis of my past experience at Al-Abbas Distillery, coordinated and supervised the jobs of manufacturing and installation of Distillery at Site located in Sargodha District as well as at HMC Taxila.

Worked for 2.2 years as Shift Engineer at both Al-Abbas Distilleries, situated at Mirwah Gorchani, District Mirpur Khas (Sind), which are 100,000 liters per day Alcohol Plants, designed by Interis (France) and DCS by Honywell (USA)


EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP)

Also supervised ETP installed by UEM USA, which is, producing about 50,000 meter cube per day biogas containing 50% methane, fulfills our distillery boiler requirement and helps the environment clean.

Distillation carries on both pressure (1.5b) and vacuum (-750) condition.

DUTEIS AT PLANT

1. Overall administration of the Plant
2. To monitor and control the operation and process.
3. To maintain the record:

i Raw material (molasses)
ii Product (alcohol)
iii Chemicals on daily, monthly and yearly basis

4. To train and instruct junior staff members.
5. To follow and observe any instruction given by higher management.

6. To manage shutdown job in specified time.
