1. Appointed as Secretary to Malaysia Offshore Mobile Production (Labuan) Limited (MOMPL) a special-purpose JV Company for the Supply and Delivery of 2 MOPU for the SK305 field offshore Sarawak awarded by PCPP (PETRONAS Carigali, Pertamina and PetroVietnam consortium).
2. Assisted in the preparation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) Documents inviting tenders issued to various companies, contractors, vendors and subcontractors, domestic and internationally based for various project relevant items, equipment and services.
3. Drafted, vetted and discussed various agreements including Pre-bid, Shareholders, Joint-Venture, MOU, Technical Cooperation, Consultancy, Letters of Intent (LOI), Letters of Award (LOA) as well as other general and quasi-legal documentation.
4. Assisted in negotiating and closing out of Contractual issues with PSA holders in Malaysia and Vietnam.
5. Drafted into FPSO Ruby Project Management Team (PMT) as a Contracts Manager.
