5-Handling the Erection ,Retrofitting, preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC Machines, HV-LV switchgear, VCB, MOCB, ACB, LV distribution ,AC-DC Machines, Gantry Cranes, E.O.T Cranes (up to 400T), Blasting and Painting Machine, Fume Extractors, Gas based furnace, electrical furnace, Hydraulic rolling Machines etc.
6-Calibration and Loop checking of HART based smart Instrument and field instruments for measuring temperature, pressure, level, differential pressure etc.
7-Calibration, Loop checking and preventive maintenance of gas detector, Fire detector of FUEL GAS system.
8-Maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting of pneumatic, electro pneumatic and motor operated control valves (like Rotor-K, Auma make) and PID controller.
9-Familiar with plant documents; P&I Diagrams, Hook-up drawings, Logic drawing, Complex loop drawing and commissioning activities of Utility area (Seawater system, Potable water system, Process water system, Fuel gas, Fire water system, Air compressors, Wastewater treatment system, Fire fighting system Etc).
10-Sound knowledge about PTW (Permit to work system) and different types of permits such as Hot work permit, Cold work permit, Confined Space Entry permit.
11-In-depth knowledge of Electrical Safety rules, IEC Standards and classifications for operating, selecting, Installing and maintenance of Electrical/Instrumentation equipments in Hazardous area.

1.PASSED APPRENTICESHIP IN ELECTRICIAN TRADE FROM L&T HAZIRA WITH 74.45%(CENTER FIRST) IN DEC’98(ITI-SURAT).THROUGH THIS EXAM I GOT THE FIRST CLASS SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE WHICH PUT ME AS A DIPLOMA HOLDER POSITION.
2.PASSED STATE SKILL COMPITITON WITH STATE FIRST INDEC’97(ITI-KUBERNAGAR).
3.PASSED ITI IN ELECTRICIAN TRADE WITH 78.85%(CENTER FIRST) IN JULY’97(ITI-SURAT).
4.PASSED SSC WITH 68% IN SCIENCE STREAM(G.S.E.B-GANDHINAGAR).

I have also first class supervisor certificate which put me on same position as a Diploma Electrical engineer.

I was stood first in electrician trade in All over Gujarat in State skill competition Dec 1997.
