MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
i. Fully understand Contracts, Budget, Cost Centers, Expense Heads, and Work Breakdown.
ii. Analytical and Financial Plan of the project.
iii. Monitor site facilities establishment and operating cost against budget.
iv. Monitor usage of Direct Materials, Direct Consumable on daily basis and material wastages.
v. Monitor deployment of direct and indirect manpower, Equipment and plant within the budget
vi. Prepare quarterly revenue / Cost forecast.
vii. Prepare cost to complete and cost at completion by evaluating balance work, inventory and work in progress on monthly basis.
viii. Estimate cost impact whenever if there is change in scope of work or plan.

Maintenance and Project Engineer with Colgate Palmolive (Pakistan) Ltd. At Kotri Factory S.I.T.E Hyderabad
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
i. Annual Preventive Maintenance of Machine and its implementation.
ii. Innovating new ideas and projects to minimize downtime.
iii. Designing new Projects for the enhancement of production.
iv. Cost Evaluation of existing and proposed projects with respect to production.
v. Monitoring new projects and its scheduling, planning and execution.
vi. Ensuring to follow the safety precautions and Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS).
vii. To write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new equipment and system.
viii. Costing of Civil Projects and ensures to complete and to execute project within time.
