• Assisting (Project Manager, Site Manager, HR Department. Accountant) by typing correspondence to all our Sub Contractor’s / arranges all documents to be distributed to all our Clients, Sub Contractor, Suppliers & Main Office.
• Assisting Purchase Department for all inquiries and incoming follow ups.
• Assisting HR Department for the followings: (Group Visa, Passport Details, Arrange booking of tickets for the approved leave employees, typing correspondence).
• Assisting Accounts Dept. by preparing Petty Cash, Invoice Statement, Site Receipt Statement and printing payment statement to all sub-contractors for the Project (American Hospital).
