Mechanical Engineer:

Presently working as Project Engineer for RAM Energy a subsidiary of Hi –Tech Group. in the Republic of Sudan - offering turnkey solutions in the areas of Petrochemicals, Oil & Refineries, Oil Field facilities, Power generation and Transmission Projects.
The duties and responsibility includes
• Project Engineer for LPG storage tanks project. Construct seven spherical tanks. Ministry of Mining & Energy, Sudan.
• Mechanical Engineer in tendering department, preparing tender documents for many projects with different clients.
• Project Coordinator and mechanical engineer for NDT project (Evaluation of Upstream Facilities), Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, Sudan, -Coordinating the activities of Inspection, Evaluation of Piping, Tanks, & Vessels.
• Piping and QA/QC Engineer for Field Service Facilities Project-4 (FSF-4), well head piping connection between OGM’s and well head, FPF’s. Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, Sudan.

• Mechanical Piping and QA/QC Engineer for Field Improvement Project-3 (FIP-3). The project is for constructing four storage tanks and relating facilities (piping, pumps, etc.). Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, Sudan.
• Hot-tapping supervisor for Field Improvement Project-3 (FIP-3). The project is for constructing four storage tanks and relating facilities (piping, pumps, hot-tapping …etc.). Supervising hot-tapping 24 points (2” up to 20”) including stopple hot-tapping works. Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, Sudan.
• Mechanical and piping engineer in the basic design project phase III surface facilities owned by Petro-Energy E&P Co.Ltd , Engaged with the process engineering department performing activities such us :
1-Preparation and review of data sheets of (tanks, pumps, vessels ….)
2-Inter disciplinary check of engineering deliverables (squad check )
3-Participation in the project HAZOP STUDY
And follow other activities such ass tanks calculations, pipeline wall thickness calculation, vendor’s offers technical evaluations.

The scope of this project included the design of three new FPF, FSF at the three fields, oil transport pipelines, gas transport pipelines, in addition to expansion of the existing Fula CPF.

• Maintain liaison with other departments (i.e. Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering, Tendering) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Familiar with recommending and implementing international standards and codes of practice, together with client own specifications/ codes, and conceptual evaluation practices. I Successfully held various positions of responsibility as Mechanical & piping Engineer, Project Engineer, Project coordinator, site supervisor.
