Job Description
:: Contributed in the pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up for Salam gas trains 3&4 (SGT 3&4) {a member in the Commissioning Team}
(The project has been achieved by Petrofac international limited Company)
The Plant has been designed to produce 250 MMSCFD Gas & 27,500 BBL Condensate.

Each Train Consists of:
Inlet system (Slug Catcher, Feed heaters & inlet Separator)
Mercury Removal unit (M.R.U)
Water dew pointing System (TEG unit)
Gas dew pointing System ( Turbo-Expander with magnetic bearings & J-T valve)
Gas treatment System (SeparexTM Membranes)
Export Compressor (Centrifugal)
Recycle & Permeate Compressors (Reciprocating)
Condensate Stabilization & Storage System
Absolutely, these units are existed beside the utilities & common area which consists of:
Hot oil heaters for: 1- Condensate stabilization
2- TEG regeneration
3- Feed Conditioning via Hot Water Circulation
Instrument & Utility air compressors
Inert gas generation package (Hollow Fiber Membranes)
F&G Systems (Foam System, FM200 System & fire water System)
Flare System
