Professional Experience
DIRECT CONTROL;
1. BANKING DEPTT; Control Bank Facilities availed from various banks against Debentures. Make sure all banks are given the required Turnover each month based on types of facilities. Negotiate with them for renewal of facilities, negotiate Interest Rates & Charges. Also take temporary facility from Time to Time as and when required. Opening of New L/c`s, remittance of Bills for Collection to supplier on a timely basis by arranging cash flow through the Banking Depts.
2. CASH FLOW; Prepare Cash Flow Projections Weekly, Monthly Quarterly & Yearly Basis. Also check the daily Cash Flow, and allocate the Funds.
3. FINANCIAL BOOKS; Close the financial books of all Companies after auditing in Co-ordination with the Principals in Geneva office.
4. CLEARING DEPTT; To make Sure all documentation is done from Supplier in Time before the arrival of Vessel to allocate the respective Jackets to respective Clearing Agents. Arrange the duty payment from respective Bank in Time so as to clear Goods in Time to avoid demurrages. Follow up on demurrage refund from Shipping Co`s.
5. MIS – Prepare the Daily, Weekly & the required MIS reports for Principals in Geneva Office.
6. PROJECTS; Working on New Project for Assembly of Free Standing Cookers in Factory & other smaller appliances.
7. BUDGETS ; Have been allocating Budgets for Advertisement, etc on annual basis to the various departments.
8. COST CONTROL ; Wherever the Overheads were more have reduced the Cost in Factory & other departments.
INDIRECT CONTROL;
1. MEETINGS; Conduct Weekly Meetings with the Marketing & Sales Deptt, take the Projections for following week, with Expatriates.
2. WAREHOUSE; Stock Control through Warehouse Managers & Expatriates.
3. TAXES; Ensure all Local Govt & Federal Govt Taxes are paid in time, & clearance taken from them through the respective Deptt Head.
4. IMMIGRATION; Ensure all Expatriates documents are renewed in time through the Deptt.Head.
5. FACTORY; Ensure that Raw Material is booked in Advance & available as per the Stock Ageing.
6. Software ; Ensure that up gradation of Software is done time to time & training given to staff as & when required at all Locations of the Co.
