MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

A B-Tech Mechanical Engineer, having 11 years of experience in planning, implementing, coordination and controlling of project work execution along with procurement and engineering activities in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals sector. Conversant with project coordination activities and well versed with the project required jobs involved generally in a construction projects and able to work on own initiative and as a part of a team.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
• To monitor and assign work to down level Engineers and supervisors.
• To handle procurement activities relating to the projects in accordance with the client’s and company’s requirement and contract obligations.
• To acts as a liaison agent between the sub-contractor and client in regard with the project execution activities.
• Effective implementation of company’s and clients safety standards for the safe execution of project activities.
• Work progress monitoring and site co-ordination to complete the project in scheduled time.
• Co-ordination to make sure the availability of required manpower, materials, equipments and other resources to achieve the schedule completion of work during shutdown.
• Monitoring QC reporting of the project activities in order to maintain the quality check of project requirement and in order to facilitate the construction activities.
• Interacting with clients various departments to arrange for the work execution in a safe and professional manner.
• In liaison with Site Manager, preparation of manpower requirement, materials requirement and other resource requirement for execution of work and proper follow up for arranging the same.
• Taking lead role during the site audits by own company as well as by client
• To assist the project management by means of MIS tools in order to achieve set objectives of the project.
• Familiar with KNPC and International Standards

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
