Major assignments relates to new Projects. Most recent Project completed is De-bottlenecking Project to which I had worked as Project Coordinator. Project involves capacity enhancement of Ammonia – Urea complex to 125% of the name plate capacity. Major tasks performed include:
• Execution of Contracts for the DBN Study and Basic Engineering.
• Basic and detailed engineering activities.
• Revamp of compressors with GE Oil & gas.
• Up gradation of complete Urea vacuum section with GEA, Italy.
• Mechanical Manager - detailed engineering, Procurement & quality inspections.
• Preparation of RFQ’s, evaluations of bids, ordering, Updating & monitoring Project Budget utilization and progress reports for the Management
• Co-ordination & backup engineering services for field erection jobs.
Additionally, handling engineering and procurement of various reliability improvements Projects for the three Ammonia and Urea plants. These include:
• Ammonia Process Condensate Recovery Project.
• Replacement of Urea Stripper,Primary reformer catalyst tubes, MPD & burners.

5. Technical / Financial review of Business plans & execution of contracts.

• Maintenance - Assigned as Incharge Equipment Maintenance, leading a team of engineers and staff to under take:
Day to day maintenance & trouble shooting.
Prepare, review & implement modification packages,Coding of spares & ordering.
Plan maintenance jobs for annual turnaround.

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) - year 1991 from N.E.D. University of Engineering & Technology Karachi-Pakistan. Successfully pursued to remain within first top ten faculty positions of the university through out the academics of the engineering.
