Total more than 6 years of experience in onshore,offshore structural and piping resposible for welding and painting related activites such as wps and pQr preparations and reveiwing ,completed weld joints inspection,NDT activites witness.
Professional Experience
Resposiblities ;-
Review and approve various pipe class’s WPS and PQR .
Witnessing various WPQT.
Review and approve aluminum material WPS and PQR.
Silos assembling, completed weld joints inspection and dimensional checking.
Witnessing leak test for Silos.
Review and implement NDT procedures.
Organizing welder performance qualification testing.
Preparation of welding inspection reports.
Raw material inspection such as size, thks,matl.specification.
Supervision of welding activities in the site.
Visual inspection of completed weld joints.
witnessing NDT activities such as MPI,DPT,UT.
RT films Reviewing.
Maintain welders records and prepare repair joints status and terminate welders according to repair status.
Doing surveillance inspection &making reports.
Monitoring welding process as per approved WPS and problems arising it.
Familiar with fabrication requirements of ASME Sec.IX ,AWS D1.1, ASME Sec.V, ASMEB 31.3,ASME Sec-VIII
Control of inspection measuring and monitoring equipment used for inspection and examination in the workshop/site.
Eductation
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certification
ASNT level-II,CSWIP(Welding inspector),API 510 Exam appeared,AutoCAD
