Responsibilities: Design & development of refrigerated commercial transport bodies and cargo bodies, standardization of parts used therein and development of equipments for refrigerated /cargo body manufacturing. Design tools used are Pro/engineer Wf2 and AutoCAD 2008.

Responsibilities: Project management and execution, site supervision & inspection, estimation, preparing quotations, vendor development, designing tanks, coordinating the fabrication of tanks, ducts, piping, lining in FRP and PP/PPGL, manufacture of custom made products & FRP moulding.

Mechanical Engineer, Alfanar Electrical Systems (Moulds Division), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities: Leading a team of CAM Engineers and CNC supervisors for production of injection moulds & press tools. Job sequencing on CNC machines, feeding of NC programs for CNC lathes, VMCs, EDMs & WEDMs. Designing of electrodes for EDMs and design of baby moulds meant for prototype production.

Responsibilities: Designing biscuit manufacturing machines, biscuit moulds, biscuits and programming for VMCs with up to 4 axes, planning and scheduling for CNC & conventional machines, supervising manpower and customer interaction.
