•Perform flushing and blow out ,chemical cleaning & hydro-test for all the piping systems.
•Purge gas fuel Lines and flushing, commissioning solar oil fuel systems.
•Fire fighting system includes main electrical fire pump & diesel fire pump, jocky fire pump ,deluge valves, wet & dray pipes systems from Paterson American Co.,
•Service water pumps & Raw water pumps from KSB Co., Circulate water pumps from Termomecanica. Italian Co. ,also Traveling water. Screen system with wash water pumps from Tarnos Spanish Co., in pump house & dredge System from Pit Hog American Co. at the intake.
•Instrument & Service Air Compressor from CompAir Spanish Co.
•Closed cooling water pumps from KSB Co. & Demineralized water pumps from ITUR ,Condensate water pumps from Termomecanica Italian Co,
•Diesel generator from Electra Molins Spanish Co.
•Huge pumps like Feed water system includes HP/IP & LP Feed pumps from Termomecanica. Italian Co.
•Service Gas System includes Hydrogen Unit with all accessories (Rectifier, Separation cells, Gas Holders, Compressors…) from Stuart Energy American Co.
•Pumps for waste water & chemical waste water from ITUR, lube oil transfer system.
•Training Engineer for systems in the scope of the Mechanical Equipment & Maintenance activity for all systems.
•Steam blow activity for two modules (4×250 MW+ 2×250 MW) combined cycle project .
•Following the Safety instructions required during all commissioning activities.
•Handed over all systems commissioning documentation required according to the codes and the specification requirements until (TOAC).
•Warranty & Maintenance engineer in Warranty period .
•Follow up the erection and constriction.
•Commission and startup engineer for both two unit’s and follow up tests like (MCR, UGL, Run back, Run dawn, housing load,...) .
•Start up and synchronization of two units.
•Operate Multi Stage Flushing (MSF) System in Desalination Unit.
•Engineer Board operator in DCS Control Room:
1.for six month's I was worked as an auxiliaries Board operator.
2.for one and half year I was worked as a turbine Board operator.
3.for one year I was worked as a boiler Board operator.
And after that I was worked as a unit operator then as a shift engineer.

Bachelors in Mechanical Power Engineer Department from Higher Technological Institute in 10th of Ramadan City 1998, Good

•Turbine systems maintenance and operation on site by Siemens Co. , one month.
•Boiler systems maintenance and operation on site by training department in Ayoun Mousa power plant, one month.
•Auxiliary systems maintenance and operation on site by Scoda Co., one month.
•English course for one month from Ministry of Electricity in preparation leader's center in Cairo.
•Energy Bechtel power course in Shoubra El-Kheima steam power plant (4×315 MW), three month's.
•Benzene & Diesel Engines course in Maintenance workshop of Egyptian International Motors Co. it include (Overall Maintenance and general Maintenance of car), three month's.
