Professional Experience
18 years experience (firstly as Process Operator and then as Senior Process Operator and now as Process Engineer) in PETROCHEMICAL PLANT operation.
Operation of:
Demineralised (DM) water plant,
Cryogenic Recovery Air Separation Unit (Nitrogen plant),
Process and Instrument air plant,
Centralized Cooling Water Circulation Unit,
Hydrocarbon Storages (Tank Farm),
LPG evaporator and separator system, etc.
Operation of various types of high-pressure pumps, Distillation columns,
Compressors like screw compressor, reciprocating compressor etc.
Monitoring and controlling of the level, pressure, temperature and flow, of the distillation columns, heat exchangers, evaporators, separators, refrigeration system and Storage Tanks.
Eductation
. B.Sc. Degree (Chemistry)
. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
. Boiler Attendant Competency Exam (By Government Department of Factories And Boilers)
. Training course on PLC (Allen Bradley) & SCADA.
. Training course on DCS (MICROSYS3200) Operation
. Certificate Course in Computing (MICROSOFT OFFICE)
