Professional Experience
1. Drafting and Drawing a plan for Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP), Forward Arming Refueling Points (FARP) and Bulk Fuel Installations (BFI).Constructing new Bulk Fuel Installations (BFIs), Forward Arming Refueling Points (FARPs) and Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP) (BFI) in Military Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) in Afghanistan. Installation of fuel pumps, positioning of fuel valves, Laying out fuel hoses and pipes. I constructed several FSSPs, FARPs and BFIs in southern Afghanistan.
2. Fuel Quality Control for both ground and aviation fuels; carrying out fuel quality tests: water, conductivity density and temperature, Maintenance of bulk fuel tanks. Adding fuel additives to improve the quality of aviation fuel. Supervision of fuel operators, Drafting standard operating procedure (SOP) for fuel operators. Maintaining safe working environment. Drafting fuel quality control procedures, Regular fuel stock check, Maintaining fuel stock records. Drafting a fuel spill response plan, Uploading and Downloading bulk Aviation and Ground fuels. Coordinating refueling of electricity generators, aircrafts and vehicles.

I am an expatriate working in Afghanistan for FLUOR United States of America (USA) Government Group as a Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP) construction Project Designer. I am also responsible for the designing and construction of Forward Arming Refueling Points (FARP) and Bulk Fuel Installations (BFI) for both ground and aviation fuel used by United States of America (USA) military and National Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) forces operating in Afghanistan. Previously, I was the Fuel Operations Coordinator for Supreme Fuels in Afghanistan with the main duties of fuel quality control, carrying out fuel quality tests before downloading, Adding aviation fuel additives, fuel stock control, downloading and uploading bulk fuel in American Army Bases in Afghanistan, and refueling both the military and civilian airplanes. I also have both Financial management and Accounting experience. I joined Barclays Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe as a cashier and then uplifted to the position of chief cashier. This improved my cash flow management skills and supervision skills. I am comfortable to work in any environment which include green zone and I am also free to undergo any training you may require me to undertake.
