Graduated as Doctor of Medicine in one of the best Universities in the Philippines in 2000, 1 year in hospital (preregistration) training in 2001,residency training in obstetrics and gynecology 2003-2006,and worked as general practitioner in various hospitals since 2001-2007,company physician in petroleum companies (SHELL philippines and Chevron 2007), worked as medic and occupational medicine practioner under HSE department for Shell Philippines Exploration project (Malampaya Onshore Gas Plant), product of which is Natural Gas. Job description included medical services, HSE and administrative related functions.Regularly conducted Health briefings and health promotions, lectures and trainings to staff and designated first Aiders. Presently taking up diplomate courses in Occupational Medicine specific for Healthcare of industrial employees. Took up course in Applied Ergonomics and Administration of Health Services. Had training in Basic Life Support, Basic First Aid, and Advance Cardiac Life support, Use of Jerome meter for Mercury monitoring, Permit to Work system. Involved in review and update of HSE documents(e.g. Procedure on Alcohol and Drugs, Health Risk Assessments, 7 Minimum Health Management Standards, Mercury Monitoring Procedure, Incident Classification, Investigation and Reporting, Employee Fitness to Work and Health Surveillance, etc)
Eductation
Graduate of BS Medical Technology and Doctor of Medicine in prime University (University of Santo Tomas), 1 year hospital training in Chinese General Hospiral prior to board exam. Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology for 3 years, practiced as in General Medicine in various hospitals and clinics from 2001 to 2007. Taking up diplomate modules in Occupational Medicine specific for health surveillance of industrial employees.Trained in Basic First Aid and Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support under Philippine National Red Cross.

Additional Information
Prefer to be employed in Oil and Gas industry preferebly those involved in Natural Gas and alternative fuel, if possible in Doha, Qatar. Has awareness in Health Risk Assessments, Permit to work systems, 7 minimum health management systems, gives briefings and trainings to first aiders.
