My experience covers Basic and Detail Engineering for the offshore wellhead platform & process platform projects in an Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) company. It includes validation of FEED documents, preparation of engineering deliverables, process simulations & engineering calculations and Bid support engineering. I have also worked as Plant Engineer/ Project Coordinator in a Chemical Industry

Nature of Job
• Carrying out the Process Engineering studies & calculations
• Attending the weekly meeting with clients
• Developing P&IDs, PFDs, Heat and Material Balance, SAFE Chart.
• Preparing Process-Engineering Deliverables and Process Datasheets
• Carrying out Safety Studies and Calculations such as Vent Study and Radiation & Dispersion study
• Equipment and Line Sizing Calculations
• Familiar with API, ASME, SHELL DEP and relevant Standards and Design codes
• Familiar with HYSYS, FLARESIM, DNV PHAST and in-house developed spreadsheets for various calculations
• Engineering support for Bid projects like FEED verification, raising clarification etc.
• Participation in HAZOP (Hazard & Operability ) analysis for various projects
• Working for bids and project developmental activities
