Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
„Ï Monitor and evaluate the planned project activities and ensure that the targets are reached
„Ï Work along with the Project Coordinator, Field Support Officers, Assistant Field Support Officers, Clinicians and other staff of HBYP to achieve the objectives and goals
„Ï Assist the Field Officers as directed and implement specific curriculum plans and activities as requested by the Project Coordinator.
„Ï Develop Systematic M & E Framework or develop an Implementation Action Plan of the project.
„Ï Involved in outreached intervention programmes and work alone with the field staff and outreach volunteers.
„Ï Establish working relationship with community outreach worker / volunteers within the project sites.\
„Ï Facilitate planned behavioral change activities of the outreach workers/ volunteers.
„Ï Report any M & E matters to the project coordinator.
„Ï Identify Monitoring & Evaluation training needs and build staff /OV capacity as required. Train staff / OV on the monitoring requirements.
„Ï Plan, organized and arrange monitoring meetings when necessary.
„Ï Schedule the monitoring and evaluation times over the life of the project.
„Ï Submit monthly Monitoring and Evaluation reports on the project.
„Ï And any other responsibilities as required by the project coordinator.
