Seventeen Years (17 Years) of Integrated Experience in Oil & Gas Industry with thirteen (13) years in Kuwait & Saudi Arabia. Hand on experience in contracts management; preparation & review of contract packages, commercial & technical evaluation of bids, contracts progress monitoring, handling contract claims, pre-qualifications, project progress monitoring etc.

Presently employed by Al Mulla Group as Manager - Oil & Gas: In-charge of Company’s business interest in Oil & Gas and Power Sector. Major functions include; handling of Contracts/Sub-Contracts & Purchase on various company’s projects and supply agreements in Kuwait & other Middle East Countries. Good exposure to Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Joint Operations and Kuwait Ministry of Electricity & Water, Central Tendering Committee Contracting Procedures & System.

Hands on experience in preparation of proposals, negotiate contracts and scope of work, supervision and coordination with engineering, design, projects, operations etc., developing capital project budgets based on a conceptual design through construction observation to start-up, testing and acceptance. Clients include large major energy sector companies in the region.

An effective leader, works effectively individually and as part of a team, has convincing communication, interpersonal and networking skills in dealings with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, government officials and colleagues at all levels in multi cultural environments; confident and controlled in resolving issues and problem areas, makes quick / informed decisions and adapts effortlessly to changed situations.
