: "12" years experience of erection, Pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance and shutdowns in fertilizer industry
Recently we have commissioned and put it in service 7.5 MW gas turbine and 30 T/h HRSG.
A project of FFNG to Ammonia plant is to be executed in Jan 2009 shutdown.
PACE 135 (35% increase in production) is planned to be completed in Jan. 2010.
Planning of indigenization of spares.
Improve quality of work, reduce rework and reactive maintenance.
Preparation of BOQ and raise their indents.
Inspection of material arrived in ware house.
Compliance with HR and admin instructions.
Conduct maintenance (preventive, Predictive, Reactive) and shutdown activities.
Training of juniors at plant / work place.
Lectures in training centre.
Worked as a team member with Japanese experts for the erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and troubleshooting of field instruments at ammonia plant.
Preparation of punch lists / site status / progress reports.
Installation and Calibration of field instruments like transmitters, switches (level, pressure, flow and temperature), converters (I/P& P/I) pneumatic controllers, control valves, gas detectors, vibration/thrust sensing system (Bentley Nevada 3300 ) etc.
Configuration of intelligent transmitters with HHT, BT-200, SFC and HART Cominucators etc.
Total loop checks from field to CCR through Honeywell logic manager as well as advanced process manager using ladder logic and advanced control functions.
Interlocking/sequence test for alarms and tripping points.
Troubleshooting and maintenance / repair of field instruments and workshop equipment.
Continuity and Megger test
Performing control valve leak test
Preparation of the list of spare parts for field instruments.
Establishing the set up of instrument workshop (prepared the work benches)
